Zulfiya Huseynova

Zulfiya Huseynova, Esq., is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in Real Estate Law. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, she is a valued member of Mekhtiyev Law Firm, where she specializes in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Svitlana (Lana) Kosenko, Esq., began her journey with Mekhtiyev Law Firm, P.C. as a paralegal in 2020 while earning her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. After graduating, she advanced to the role of an Associate, where she continues to contribute her expertise to the firm.

With a Master of Law degree from the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Lana combines a robust educational foundation with a global perspective, enabling her to navigate complex real estate transactions skillfully. Her strong communication and problem-solving abilities allow her to address diverse clients’ unique needs effectively.
